Can I request a custom quote before booking?
Yes. You can request a non-binding quote for our chauffeur service at any time. Simply use the inquiry form on our website or contact us directly by email or phone. Whether you need an airport transfer, a business transfer, or an hourly chauffeur service – we will provide you with a transparent and individual quote tailored to your requirements.
How far in advance should I book a chauffeur service?
For the best possible availability, we recommend booking our chauffeur service seven to 14 days in advance, especially for airport transfers, business trips, trade fairs, and major events. However, short-notice and spontaneous requests are also possible and will be reviewed individually by our team. We always strive to reliably fulfill even short-notice bookings.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
Once you have completed your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all relevant trip details. Shortly before your trip, we will also send you your chauffeur's contact details and further pick-up information via email and SMS, so you are always well-informed.
How can I be sure my chauffeur will arrive on time?
Once you receive a booking confirmation via email, your vehicle is officially reserved for your trip. Shortly before pick-up, we will also send you your chauffeur's contact details and information about the vehicle via email and SMS. Our team carefully monitors every booking to ensure your transfer is carried out punctually and reliably.
How do I identify my chauffeur at the airport or train station?
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point with a name sign displaying the name provided at booking. Shortly before your journey, you will also receive your chauffeur's contact details via email and SMS. For airport transfers, we monitor your flight's arrival time, so your driver will be informed accordingly, even in case of delays.
What happens if I am late?
If you are delayed, please inform your chauffeur as soon as possible. You will receive your driver's contact details via email and SMS before your journey. We will do our best to accommodate your transfer accordingly. If no information about the delay is provided, the chauffeur may depart after the agreed waiting time has expired, and no-show fees may apply. Flight and train delays beyond your control will, of course, be taken into consideration.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, payments can be made conveniently via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or through a secure payment link. For business customers, we also offer payment by invoice and bank transfer. In select cases, cash payment is also possible. Please contact us in advance if you have any special payment requirements.

Yes. We offer customized chauffeur and transportation solutions for companies, executives, and business clients. Our services include airport transfers, business transfers, roadshows, trade fair and event transportation, as well as hourly chauffeur services.
