Can I request a quote before booking?
Yes, we encourage customers to request a no obligation quote via our website or by contacting us directly. Our team will provide you with a clear and detailed estimate so that you have all the necessary information before making a booking.
How far in advance should I book your chauffeur service?
It is best to book our chauffeur service seven to 14 days in advance so that we can guarantee the service. We will discuss requests for short-term bookings with you individually with regard to availability.
When will my booking be confirmed?
When you book a limousine, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail immediately after booking. This confirms your booking. You will receive the booking confirmation together with the driver's details by e-mail and text message shortly before your journey.
How can I be sure that the vehicle will arrive?
If you have received a booking confirmation by e-mail, this means that a vehicle has been reserved for your journey. Before departure, you will also receive a text message with the driver's details so that you can contact them if necessary.
How do I recognize the driver at the airport or train station?
You can recognize the driver by the fact that he is wearing a name badge with the name you specified when booking.
What happens if I am too late?
If you notice that you will not make it to the pick-up location on time, call the driver directly and inform them of your delay. You will find the driver's telephone number in the e-mail and text message you received before the journey. If you do not inform the driver of your delay, he/she will depart after the agreed waiting time. If you do not show up, you will be charged a fee. Train or flight delays, which are of course not your fault, are excluded from the above rules.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Bank transfers and cash payments for certain services are also possible. Services can also be conveniently invoiced on request.
Do you offer business solutions?
Yes, we offer business solutions for companies. But we are also happy to provide private individuals with recurring journeys with flat-rate offers and fixed prices.
