Right of withdrawal<\/h2>

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. However, this does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the field of passenger transport if a specific date or period is scheduled for the provision of the service (\u00a7 312g(2) No. 9 BGB).<\/p>

Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for chauffeur and transfer services booked for a specific date and time.<\/p>

In cases where the service is provided without a fixed appointment, the following right of withdrawal applies: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.<\/p>

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p><\/div>

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h3>

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your revocation of this contract is received by us.<\/p>

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.<\/p><\/div>

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>

The right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began with the execution after you expressly gave your consent and simultaneously confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.<\/p><\/div>
